Rt Hon Baroness Neville-Jones DCMG is chair of the Advisory Panel to the Bank of England on cyber security. From May 2010 to 2011 she was Minister of State in the Home office responsible for security and counter terrorism and a member of the newly created National Security Council.  On stepping down and until March 2014 she was the Prime Minister’s Special Representative to business for cyber security.  She is a member of the House of Lords Science and Technology Committee and of the Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council (EPSRC).

Pauline Neville-Jones has a background in defence and foreign affairs having been a career member of the Diplomatic Service from 1964 to 1996. During that time she was chairman of the Joint Intelligence Committee, Deputy Secretary to the Cabinet for Foreign Affairs and Defence and leader of the UK Delegation to the Dayton peace talks on Bosnia.  She has worked in the City, been Chairman of the QinetiQ Group plc and the International Governor of the BBC.
