Paul Edmunds is Head of Technology at the National Cyber Crime Unit (NCCU), part of the UK's National Crime Agency. The NCCU is responsible for leading the UK's law enforcement response to cyber crime. Paul's remit at the NCCU is to overseeing the NCCU's strategic use to technology, including the forensic investigation of malware and countering cyber threats. Additionally, Paul's focus is on the development of innovative solutions to equip the agency with technology to counter cybercrime.

Prior to joining the NCA, Paul was CTO of an international finance group and ran digital services including online banking, payment services and stock trading. He holds an MA from Oxford University.
