Ilia Kolochenko has a BS degree with honors in Mathematics and Computer Science. He started his career as a penetration tester in Geneva, the city in which he grew up. During and after his studies, Ilia was working as a security expert and team leader for various financial institutions and companies in Switzerland and abroad. His military service took place in Swiss artillery troops. 

At the very end of 2007, Ilia founded High-Tech Bridge to deliver efficient and effective penetration testing to companies of all sizes. In 2010 he created a concept of hybrid security assessment for web applications, called ImmuniWeb®, that was globally launched in 2014. Afterwards, Ilia designed and managed the implementation of various machine learning technologies, such as Artificial Neural Networks (ANN), to ImmuniWeb platform. Being a web application security expert and chief architect of ImmuniWeb, he is personally involved into ImmuniWeb’s daily operations, managing implementation of new features and algorithms. 

Ilia is a contributor to SC Magazine and CSO, he is regularly quoted in leading business journals including WSJ, CNBC, Financial Times, and BBC. In 2016 he received the "Forum des 100" award - 12th annual award for one hundred entrepreneurs, politicians and personalities who build the French speaking part of Switzerland. Ilia is a member of Forbes Technology Counciland a contributing author for Forbes magazine writing about cybersecurity and cybercrime. Currently Ilia is doing his Master of Legal Studies (Juris Master) in Washington University in St. Louis.
